Ivy along side of new house is it poison ivy?

There is ivy running along the north side of the house. It has three leafs and little pads that look like suckers or something holding it to the house. It's very pretty but am unaware if it's poison Ivy or not? Tall approx. 8-9 feet and spreads from side to side on the house. Leafs are a light green/brown color. Vine is dark brown and those pads are also a dark brown.

One of the give away signs is the shiny composition of the leaf. Of course, if you're not sure - touch a leaf and waiti for a couple of hours. If you break out in an itchy rash - yup, that's it.

you better compare it to pics online or in a book. Tons of pics on the net. If the pervious owner left it there I doubt it is poison ivy, but better to be safe then sorry.
